| The meaning of dignity |

Dignity is an intangible word. Just like love, the word means something different for everyone. To me, dignity is not something that can be defined through words, but instead it must be defined through action. dignified behavior can be anything ... from helping your fellow man, to obstaining from immoral things. And again, immoral can be defined so many ways by so many people based upon so many varying faiths and interpretations of faith.
so as republican as i can say this, there is no real answer to this question, just more questions.
Dignity: The defining characteristic that seperates good men from nice men. I am a good man,... or will be. I'm still a boy.

so why would i risk voting who I want to win. They don't have a chance in hell of winning. No independent or nonparty candidate will ever change anything anyways in a house or senate controlled by a majority of something else. So i did the thing that makes this democracy no longer a democracy,
i voted full ticket for the Democratic party. shame on me, shame on me. |

sooo.... the truck threw a tizzy fit, two calipers siezed due to an underwater adventure (not unexpected). So ceramic pads, and performance calipers later ... the wheels now lock up in a beautiful screech.
Oh, and the new album by MCR is fanfu*^ingtastic. |

So, There is this girl. She's a muslim in the communitty and i am head over heels with her. ( no joke ) now, the only way i get to "Talk" to her is through her facebook. Since this is the Holy Month Of Ramadan, the get-togethers are constantly seperated by sex. Husbands and wives to different rooms as well as sons and daughters ( there is where my problem lies ) So i get to literally see her smile twice, once when she arrives, and once when she leaves. It's so frustrating, but thanks to facebook... i can have a conversation with a keyboard, computerscreen, and not break a single rule! ha.... hooray for technology! |

Is a lying bad word. I hate people who spread rumors. they need to take a lesson from ramadan and fast for a month from gossiping. You would never think how much it bothers people. I know i shouldn't care, but come on... really who wouldn't. That my rep she's destroying, i mean i'm getting a bad wrap for things i have never done. well now that im done venting. I went to the concert last night @ UMD. After getting pulled over by the heat, then getting lost, then finding out about these rumors my EX is spreadin, i found the concert and had myself some fun! |

I went to work yesterday, My duty: calm and control an Alcoholic going through withdrawal symptoms at ST. Mary's. Funny, he was one of those "leavers" that Quinn Talked about. I know dead issue, just thought i would bring it up.
So, Ive been doing some hardcore thinking. and my conclusion is Ramdan get's harder every year! But, ill hold out. Wish i had something cool to write like i went out with my guy friends and landed a sick nollie, to tailside grind, but, im too tired during the day to even call my friends. Oh, and forget about reading something along the lines of me being in "love". Yeah, it's ramadan... i'm not supposed to even be talking to girls. In a few words, The rest of this month will continue to turn me into an introvert, but it's healthy. My ego was getting too big. :-) |

how about that ... we invade a country, kill 100 of thousands of innocents, all on the threat of a nuclear arms development. Wait... Korea just tested one. Oh well isn't life just ironic! :) Well, at least there will be one crying for the lives lost in Iraq. |

After the Nostalia concert I attended.. I went down to the Blue Note cafe and found it swarming with people who had no idea what they were doing. There were hoochies everywhere grinding and being dumb. So i said " go back to stargate" and left. Really sick of people taking the few things in life that i enjoy away from me. Well, in any case... Thursday night, i brought DDR from home and played around with that in the dorms and really worked up a sweat. Anyone else like to play? let me know and clue you in on when and where. Anyways, Tomorrow im getting to work on that Three inch lift on my truck, and ill attempt to do this on an empty stomach. Why you may ask ... wel because today is the first day of Ramadan. It couldn't have come at a better time. Now i can forgive the people who've crossed the line, stabbed the back, and broke the heart. A time to start over, to renew. College Rocks.... it really does. :^) |

A quotation from the novel that really sparked my interest can be found on page 130 "We're destroying the world because we are, in a very literal and deliberate way, at war with it." This quote is referring to one of the laws that the student had presented Ishmael. The specific law would be the one which we break by destroying our competition in the world, the animals and insects that devour our food sources.
Why is this Ape out from his cage?
What purpose does that entire diagram have, with the time line, and shouldn't the takers peak somewhere and fall back? |

1) Daily A F I http://community.livejournal.com/___daily_afi___/ Well, it attracted me because i like this band, but the page was a total bust. It looks like it was more or less a " i worship these guys" site instead of this music has a lot of meaning... let's discuss it. Total Bust. They even mentioned that they have use that blog site to market releases of albums and what not. Not what i was looking for... let's try again.
"Remember Time is running out so lets lead AFI to victory once again!!! Thanks to everyone for your continued support!!!!" "o.o Yes, some people call me a "nerd"...and "Obsessed"...(family).."
Written From Australia___2)___ Import Tune R http://community.livejournal.com/import_tune_r/ This site was spectacular. It had the perfect mis of actual engine modding talk as well as the posting on purely asthetic things. But boy is that car going to fly. I have been seriously interested in cars ever since i Bought my First one. Since then it has been a growing project which has funneled most if not all of my paychecks into it every two weeks. These guys were showing the quick, and very very very condensed process of an engine swap, but also showed off their finished project, which is way cool. Yeah and when us motor heads get goin', we keep goin'.
"Our new mechanic has a Nissan 180SX. It was formidable with the T04 SR20 but marty wanted a bit more. He instaled a 800hp Toyota 2JZ full of top name internal such as forged rods and pistons, bearings and gaskets, cams and gears, veilside 4" plenum with 8 750cc injectors, trust GT80 turbo and HKS 100mm cooler, microtech computer, triple plate clutch bolted to a supra 6 speed, and heading towards the back we have a modified GTR diff. A custom alloy foam filled fuel tank fitted with a few thousand dollars of anodized alloy ends and braided hoses, linked to fuel pumps and regulators. The whole car has been seam welded and a full roll cage made from cromemolly added. Im getting too excited so im just going to post pictures now."
3) http://community.livejournal.com/xthe_revolution/ Now this site is clearly one like our own. But we aren't taking it as Gospel. Sure there are some very interesting things and insights we can pull from the book, but these kids are grafittinf up the walls about a revoloution. Hey people, there is a reason why it's called science fiction ... i mean seriously, who would start a revoloution based off a book that has a telecommunicating ape!??! This blog site often turned into a political jousting session, refrencing Republican sites to go talk bad about, and meets at the starbucks to discuss global warming and such. Good intentions, lack of leadership..... did they not read the book?
"Does anyone else think that peace will never be achieved on Earth?"
" You want less poverty, we want NO POVERTY. You want to end civil rights violations, we want TOTAL FREEDOM FOR EVERYONE. You want to stop corporate exploitation, we want to END CAPITALISM. You get the idea. " |
